Floridana Beach

Floridana Beach,it has deffinately changed,since I was born and grew-up there in the 70's to the early 80's.I can remember it being a nice small community of afew hundred people,now it's blown well up to afew thousand and if you count the ouskirts,then you got a pop.of well over 50,000.Sebastian Inlet State Park,just south of Floridana Beach,used to be campgrounds/fishing/picnicing/etc.(free!)Now it's $2 an accel,according to how many accels you have!Long Point State Park which is north of Sebastian Inlet and just south of Floridana Beach...(kinda the half way point between the two)...Used to be a nice spot to goto.It's probably the only place that didn't make too many changes,it had two big swimming holes,which are now marshes with cat tails and over growing grass.They made more room for rv's/room for tents/put more picnic space/bbq,etc.You just have to becarful not to get run over by a raccoon!
